Reviving this thread I had a bad experience with ssense a couple years ago during Covid when they were taking forever to ship items I bought A month had gone by and still no package I asked to cancel and I got the run around but they eventually did Before this I’d only had positive experiences Never had issues with damaged items or returns

I ordered from ssense for the first time on black friday, and I've been trying to get a return authorization for over a week now, which puts me outside their 30-day window for returns They haven't responded to my emails, and when I called I was told to expect an authorization code by email on Monday but still have not received one

Ssense is legit and guarantees authenticity The only way they could end up selling a dupe is if some schemer buys a real product and then returns a superfake that gets recycled into stock Perhaps when ordering one can say they wish to get a new product directly from the supplier instead of a previous return?

No cards or tag from Gucci or Ssense I was really disappointed and felt like they just sent me a floor sample so I put it back to the box and shipped it back to them right away I also went on the Live support chat to let them know the situation and the chat person said sometimes ssense just sells whatever the supplier gives them

I contacted Ssense as well as YSL customer service to see if that was something to be concerned about, and I'm still waiting on a definite answer from both of them I had also purchased a matching cardholder from Luisaviaroma, and I compared it with the bag to see if there was anything off, but there didn't seem to be any red flags; the
