Agreed I flew Air Canada to and from Montreal Both ways were delayed multiple times, on the flight from YUL it was delayed 3x, then left EARLIER than the latest posted delay, so about 15 people missed the flight though they were at the gate waiting Customer service was completely unsympathetic and did nothing to help
