Hi all, A friend of mine recommender me the SafePal S1 hardware wallet From my perspective, it the UI is extremely user friendly compared to most of the other hardware wallets and it is cheaper I don‘t see this hardware wallet to often in ratings and I was wondering if there is any reason for that and what your thoughts on this hardware

Yeah I just noticed the same thing All my BEP-20 tokens are showing a 0 balance (ERC20 tokens still there though) but the wallet isn't showing any outgoing transactions I also checked my BSC wallet address on bscscan and it's still showing the correct balance so I imagine that SafePal must be doing some type of maintenance at the moment

Others recommend you use the internal Binance on Safepal I’m not sure but I think that is Binance chain so the coins may be in BEP2 BEP20 And what you need is TRC20 You would need to bridge it which may costs you more So it may be better to get on the exchange or from a friend directly using the Tron network
