The chance to get Orokin cells is supposed to be 5% per planet, but in my experience it might be slightly lower However its enough for me, I do use the prime extractor though (needs Regal Aya I think, but probably more sustainable investment than buying cells directly) so my haul is doubled (8 vs 4, per planet)

well my forge is backed up with prime weapons and normally i just go right to ruk for farming the cells but lately the bosses have been dropping common resources, and not even alot of them ruk has been dropping around 120 plastids so anyone know a good place to farm cells or other rare resources?
