I just started getting items bounced from sbcglobal net, att net, and prodigy net about a month or 2 ago It is very frustrating Does anybody have a solution for this? It seems like there is some kind of turf war going on between mail services I get the errors sending from hotmail com or outlook com Why can't Microsoft fix their mail services?

Outlook com is attempting to deliver the message via a TLS connection (secure), but the server at sbcglobal net does not support it and will only accept Plain Text connections (unsecure) which Outlook com is no longer offering to "downgrade" to Mail servers really should not connect without using TLS these days

Have contacted sbcglobal they say it’s a hotmail problem, Have reset password on hotmail email with no change, Have contacted recipient with sbcglobal net address and have had them reset password with no change Has been happening for over 3 months PLEASE HELP
