M33 Last Night - posted in Experienced Deep Sky Imaging: I was testing a Seestar S50 last night, so I decided to drag out the Mak-Newt to do a comparison I chose M33 as the object and shot this with the Mak-Newt 90 minutes total exposure with an ASI533MC Pro and 190mm F 5 3 Maksutov Newtonian

Here are two SeeStar S50 images of Comet C 2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) They were taken between 7pm and 9pm on Tuesday, October 15 The site were imaging was done is Bortle 5 1 2 in a park, suburb of St Louis, Missouri The first image is the comet with most of its tail missing The next one shows the comet's anti-tail Not much post-processing was done Edited by ShaulaB, 16 October 2024
