How do I download the Sentinel program in my pc (windows 10) for my new SDS200 Went on a site that took a half hour explaining how the program works but never explain how to download it

Per suggestions here and responses from Uniden, I have ensured that NET is installed and fully enabled, tried various install methods (setup exe as Administrator and not, and the msi installer), tried various methods of starting Sentinel (as Admin and not), and still cannot get a response from Sentinel after it is "installed successfully" in Windows 11

When you check for a database update in Sentinel it also checks for it's own version upgrades and will notify if there is a new version I think the last update was when the SDS200 was announced Of course the database is updated weekly and firmware for the radios as needed but these are independent of the Sentinel version updates

The current firmware version available through Sentinel for your SDS200 is: Main: Version 1 21 00 Sub: Version 1 02 01 As far as updating the firmware, the method hasn't changed since your last inquiry It's done through the Sentinel software, and the instructions are nicely outlined on page 10 of your SDS200 owner's manual

Sounds like Sentinel is installed but when you try to run it, it shuts down immediately If you still had a NET issue, Sentinel would usually refuse to even begin the installation process It's an occasional issue that Sentinel's "user config" file becomes corrupted and will prevent Sentinel from starting and running after it's installed
