Hi, when I was turning off my computer, and logging off Windows it would not turn off Everytime I turn on my computer it say I am still logging off It is still the logging off screen when I turn off my computer, and I can not log in What can I do for it to restart or a way for me to log on?

I've tried the log off option in the windows menu, ctrl alt del log off, and shutdown -L from cmd prompt All of them shutdown the computer Has anyone had this problem and do you know how to fix it? Hi Nigel, I followed your instructions (thank you) but there was nothing at all in the credentials for Outlook In fact, the only thing there related to logging in to my personal emails For the majority of my issues it sounds like I will have to wait for another update to be released but I'm confused as to what Google has to do with it

So, my question is - Is there a no separate setting for time to "Lock" screen vs just "Turn Off" screen ? I am not entirely sure but I believe Windows 7 did have separate settings P S - I used the settings available under Power Options where I set my screen to turn off after a while but I didn't find such separate settings Thanks, Vaibhav
