Skyjacker uses fixed arms in nearly all of their kits It looks like Skyjacker is using "OEM-style" bushings now which is an improvement over the poly they formerly used Skyjacker has put out many subpar Jeep parts in the past and some they still do They make a crappy long arm kit for TJs that uses short uppers and long lowers

My Skyjacker lift which I bought used has served me well over 20k miles Even tire wear, no death wobble, drives straight Don't be afraid of fixed length control arms SJ has done a good job on the geometry I can't vouch for those shocks but if you're gonna wheel it, spend a little money there on some real performance shocks

Not the whole lift…seems like all the searching results in the skyjacker lift I’m just wondering about the shocks, ride quality and durability…on and off road handling I ordered a set of Rancho rs7mt’s and talked with several distributors and local off road places that told me to save my money…that ranchos aren’t what they used to be

Haven’t come across a trail that I couldn’t do because it’s Skyjacker and not a more expensive brand It gets a little unruly on washboard roads depending on speed, it's definitely stiffer than a stock Rubicon suspension and not as tuned as the more expensive brands

Friday night I installed the Skyjacker 2 5" kit on my JLU Rubi Here are some pics and thoughts The kit comes with progressive rate springs, M95 monotube shocks, 4 new sway bar links, and bumpstop spacers Install wasn't bad The instructions were a bit excessive They wanted you to drop the steering and front driveshaft I didn't have to

I live around the corner from SkyJacker and in deciding this is the information I received and saw first hand at the shop - 1 5” will clear 35s on the street but rub Offroad 2 5” will clear 37s street and 35s Offroad I have plenty of room for 37s, I would have to use an aftermarket wheel though
