What the title says I got a turbo snail and a halloween hermit and noticed what looks like an astria on the on the hermit and a mussle on the turbo snail? Will they harm either of them if left?

I've found one of my trochus snails upside down in my tank four times now in the past three days Each time he's been just lying there looking dead, making no effort to right himself, but he starts crawling around a few seconds after I flip him over I'm not sure if it's the same one snail doing
