I've tried my best to like Bluesound's products, which are marketed as the "audiophile version of Sonos" However, after one issue too many, I've decided to replace the Bluesound streamer in my primary system with a Sonos Port (For the sake of convenience, Sonos products are used for casual background listening throughout the rest of our house )

Initially, I was going the route of buying a Sonos Amp for each individual zone but I'm beginning to second guess this The Sonos S2 interface is pretty slick but the system would be rather cost prohibitive ($4900+) and the Amps are pretty difficult to get currently as there appears to be supply chain issues hurting production

Sonos seems to be the standard but I have been using Yamaha MusicCast for 4-5 yrs and have found it very trouble-free and effective Once you become accustomed to the app it works well Yamaha has a relatively complex streaming services matrix and some services are not available on all Yamaha devices
