Adobe Distiller is trying to create a temporary folder somewhere and it's not having the permission to do so You may try to open distiller with admin privileges to get this working 1 Right click on Distilller shortcut 2 Select Run As Administrator Run As 3 Enter your administrator username and password

Our users on RDS are getting this error randomly throughout the day The suggested fixes to ensure access to the %temp% dir have been tried, but Distiller should already have access to that location We have upgraded Acrobat to the latest version and uninstalled Adobe Reader
