The simpler way is to build rectangle foundations and decorating the building in a way to make it look less boxy Example a slanted roof that goes over the edge of the building and floor to ceiling windows that are supported by thick pillars on either side It's little things that make it look less like a box by adding 3D elements

For me, I hate power poles I use them only to get power to and from remote locations Instead inside my factories, I try to bury wall adapters by snapping them to a foundation, deleting the foundation then building a steel beam over it, often with a connection point so only the very bottom of the wall outlet is shown
