StreamDeck XL does indeed require USB 3 0 I doubt it saturates it, or comes anywhere close given it's basically just two of the other USB 2 0 based ones combined, but it requires it, even if only for the increased power draw for the larger display panel inside - though it may also have implications for latency and the differing asynchronous polling, depending on what features the XL is using
