Everything was going great until it got about 10" from the outer edge and the corners started to lift a good 1 4"-3 8" We started the surfacing in the center and cut outward My assumption is it had a surface tension issue that caused the whole board to buckle and it lost its suction from the vacuum table Needless to say it ruined the sheet

If that doesn't work, the reverse it and suction from the top and push from the bottom Also, make sure that the air tube that is under the cap top is not stopped up with dried ink While the cap top is off, push some cleaning fluid backwards through the 2 tubes that are under the cap top

Suction cups? Is it temporary? I would use mounting tape and silicone and apply something to the back of the glass to hide the mess, either a matching piece or vinyl

Setting the size in Summa Axis Control: It concentrates the suction to the smaller piece's width along the right side (origin side) It does not work for length so that option is useless- I talked to the tech who set ours up He said its basically 1 wall that moves inside from the left (wider materials) to the right (thinner)

Hello guys Another Christmas break and we are still trying to improve the suction on our spoil board to be able to hold down smaller parts better For substrates thicker than 1 4" the suction is adequate but not great With 1 8 and 3 16 thick substrates small parts move around and we have trouble cutting them

Tightening the hex screw did create better suction or seal on the capping station(!) -- however, I need to adjust it properly tomorrow by loosening the lock screws first and really adjusting the bed There is also an [HASHTAG]#ADJUST[ HASHTAG] > CAPPING setting which you can adjust to snug the head parking location farther to the right

The connectors to the ink cartridge dock can often let air in A powerful clean will often draw enough ink into the hose to print for a while as it uses a lot more suction than printing does Also when you replaced the damper, did you fit a new o-ring to the hose as these can fail over time and let air in as well
