If you’ve already booked a Swoop flight at FlySwoop com, you can still access the same great, exclusive hotel discounts available at Swoop Getaways To access your hotel discount, log in at flyswoop com manage-my-bookings with your 6 digit flight reservation code and the last name of the lead traveller, and click on the hotel button
- Can I change the name on my ticket or transfer it? : Swoop
As noted in our terms and conditions, flights are non-transferable This means that we are unable to change the name on your booking to a new traveller If you need to correct a typo with a traveller’s name, send us a message on social media
- Why cant use my credit when I try to book online? : Swoop
When you reach the payment screen, click on “Swoop Credit” to apply your credit to the booking (make sure you’re signed into your profile) Swoop credit is good for any published Swoop flight You may apply the credit to someone else as long as you book for them in your account where the credit is Credits expire after 90 days of creation
