I did this setup a year ago, or so I had similar issues and I ended up creating a cronjob that copies the cert from etc letsencrypt to syncthing’s config directory from time to time Also note that syncthing only reads the certificates at startup, so you need to restart syncthing at least every 2-3 months to avoid using outdated certificates
