Try to repair it again Also I guess you can try to uninstall all drivers from device manager which are related to "THX" then uninstall THX Spatial Audio from Control panel then run repair on razer synapse and restart your PC and do your EQ (in case you don't have it configured already) and you must experience the difference between stereo and THX

Register your product to your account with Razer; like you would do for warranty purposes They will then automatically e-mail you a code to activate THX spatial audio At least thats how it worked for me when I bought it at release Maybe it's different now I couldn't say but then you could just ask Razer Support Good luck!

But I’d say what sounds better I use thx spatial, it provides a deeper sound that I enjoy I often use a Bose mini as speakers when not using the headset and it sounds considerably better with the thx software The headset itself has the option of thx spatial audio and thx spatial, not sure the difference
