I have 2 preorders with them and the status for both say "Order Received" however underneath the Order# it states, the items have been "shipped" to the address, but they are preorders and not released yet? Is this just a language mix-up?

It’s not uncommon for sold out preorders to disappear from sites like TNS and GianToy The Naruto figures are licensed and not 3rd party You can find this information in the faq section but yes, TNS is a very trusted site and TW has had some issues TW is not going to steal your money but there have been a lot of less than satisfying experiences You can find more info if you searched this
