So, I'm able to login to thinkorswim on my laptop and my iphone except my desktop pc For some reason, everytime I type my login id and hit continue everything goes blank and makes me re-type my login id again for an unlimited amount without taking me to the next portion which is typing my password for me to login

Ever since I was migrated over to schwab I have had no access to the desktop application Every time I try to login, my user ID just disappears from the input bar I can log into the mobile app and the web based app but not desktop
