An easy web search shows that Best Western uses 2 brands: Beautyrest and, as the other poster shared, Sterling Hospitality Why not find the nearest Best Western close to where you live, go there in person, and see if they'll tell you or at least let you look at one of the beds

For common brands, I have best luck with Ariats - they have a large enough variety where you can find something that should work Double H makes a damn nice work boot if you want more durability (they're a bit sturdier with harder leather and rubber), Ariat has more options for different uses

My wife and I like La Quinta and Best Western for reasonably priced, clean rooms Drury and Hampton Inns are also good choices I have stayed at Hiltons and Marriott properties in the past and agree with the commenters who prefer them that they are good hotels, but we usually don't feel the desire to spend extra for those brands
