pl2303hx是支持3 3v到1 8v的uart， 3 3V对于 5V的51来说也是高电平的， 反正我用pl2303hx（3 3v的uart）下载5V单片机没问题
- PL2303TA，插入电脑能识别，收发无数据，参考的官方电路图
PL2303TA芯片的1脚接单片机的TX引脚，5脚接单片机的RX引脚。上电之后通过micro USB P2插入电脑识别出USB-232 PORT。但是无收发数据。 如果使用232转TTL的小板子，插入P1，则一切正常。 第一次使用PL2303这类芯片。很沮丧。 求指导。 我的电路：

Please refer to the PL2303TA PCN, Datasheet, and Migration Guide for more information Due to EOL (End-of-Life) policy, please note that PL-2303HX (Chip Rev A) and PL-2303X (Chip Rev A) will not have compulsory driver support for the coming Windows 8 operating system as it is not a supported OS mentioned in the chip datasheet

The CP2102 is a 3 3V device, and its Tx, DTR, and RTS outputs are 3 3V I think in most cases 3 3V would be read as high in a 5V system, so they probably would work, but technically not a match
