The Enclave has 4 actuators, 3 accessed from the passenger side and 1 accessed from the driver side The Mode actuator (defrost, vent, mix, etc ), Recirc actuator (inside or outside air), and Passenger Temperature actuator (passenger air temp) are found on the passenger side

I don’t think you should discount the new Enclave Traverse Acadia due to the turbo4 Many new vehicles have them with even heavier GVWR and tow ratings than ours And now Toyota is putting them into their new Land Cruiser (6,700-lb GVWR), Tacoma, and forthcoming 4Runner

I have an 08 Enclave CXL, 45k miles -- purchased new, no accidents or major issues ever (minor issues, yes) This has happened to me over the last month, 4 times Random times, various speeds, while driving I lose engine power but not electrical power, so I don't know I have a problem until I try to steer or accelerate

Congrats on the new Enclave! On some newer models, GM has started moving the HomeLink buttons to the rearview mirror instead of the overhead console Take a look at the bottom or backside of your mirror — you might find them there If not, it’s possible your Avenir doesn’t have HomeLink equipped by default and it might need to be added

We also relocated the sensor near the hood release latch This isn't necessary and maybe a real technician would discourage, but it makes it easier to access if needed This was very frustrating to figure out and the dealership was not helpful It seems like a common problem for many Enclave GM owners I hope this helps save your sanity
