随着人工智能技术的飞速发展， 大型语言模型 （LLMs）如ChatGPT、Claude等逐渐进入我们的生活，它们不仅提升了工作效率，还改变了我们与机器的互动方式。 然而，便利的背后，我们是否也在悄然产生了对这些技术的过度依赖？ LLMs依赖并不仅仅是频繁使用某种工具，更是心理上的“依赖”。 根据最新的研究，大型语言模型的依赖可以分为两种类型： 功能性依赖： 当我们对LLMs的功能产生过度信任，认为它们可以在任何情况下提供完美的答案时，我们就会过度依赖它们。 例如，工作中我们可能会依赖LLMs来快速写邮件、生成报告，甚至解决复杂的数学问题。 然而，过度依赖会导致我们忽视它们的局限性，甚至忘记自己动脑解决问题的能力。 存在性依赖： 这一点与情感密切相关。
