It's gonna be a mixture of googling, searching the tnttt forums, and maybe combing through issues of Cool Tears CLC makes a popular teardrop kit it uses boat-building techniques and the results are quite nice

I haven't heard of tnttt I will definitely check that out And thanks for the suggestions answers I like the aluminum skin idea, and have seen the butyl tape, aluminum skin and corner trim method It finishes beautifully and looks quite robust but once things get to more than a 4x8 sheet of aluminum does making seams on the flats get tricky ugly?

Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace have the highest visibility unfortunately both are rife with scammers and lowballers, so be careful tnttt doesn't get as much traffic, but everyone there has at least a rough idea what they're looking at (and what a decent teardrop is worth)
