As for good quality video, I believe most social media limits posts to a max of 1080 x 1080 @ 30fps Touchdesigner has a max of 1280 x 1280 with no fps cap (Could be completely wrong about this but that's just my knowledge) (I'm also pretty sure someone has created a free blob tracker using GLSL but I could be completely wrong I glanced over it)

I've been using TouchDesigner for 3 years and still can't afford the pro license It's a fantastic deal for a free product 1280x1280 is not that bad, you can project on a whole wall with it or print a letter size paper and it looks great
