If I understad correctly: you created modpack in curseforge launcher and now you want to send it to your friends? Solution is easy: find the exact location of the modpack file, then zip it, create a page on curseforge for it, upload the zip, wait for approval, the send the link to your friends and play (Tip at the end, be sure to remove mods like OptiFine etc -mods not native to curseforge

curseforge and all other modded launchers use a system of instances, which effectively makes a new Minecraft installation for every modpack you play instead of having to swap around configs and mods as you would on the vanilla launcher they still need your account to authenticate you though, both with them to know if you actually own the game
