I have had the same issues with Zune since I aquired my Lumia 800 (iphone wannabe) after some atempts to get answer from this forum I was informed that xp is old and requires some deep mods the volenteers on this site don't have a real solution to offer basically to penny pinch instead of writing a new connectivity sync software they decided to use zune which has always been problematic
