Some take a long time, a few have been "lost" I am not as much a fan of the process as i was when it first went live, mainly because the USPS doesn't seem to recognize the tracking I am not sure how updates even happen if the USPS isn't scanning updating I will definitely only use this method for easily replacable cards

The USPS has had underlying issues for decades, but unfortunately we have seen things get noticeably worse this year with changes in policies, a political crony postmaster who was appointed only because of his donor status, and of course the pandemic, snowstorms, and usual holiday bottlenecks

i mailed a package oct 1 never entered the usps tracking system until oct 7 fortunately, the buyer believed me and the package arrived to him a few days later unfortunately, the usps is unreliable when it comes to tracking

Delayed packages show back up all the time And yes USPS will pay out on a properly insured submitted documented claim USPS processes and delivers 23-million packages every day Based on that, the actual rate of lost mail, delayed packages, damaged packages, etc is extremely low

Went to USPS today to drop off one small package A few comments: 1) my USPS is actually pretty reliable But they had 1 person working the counter on a Saturday Yikes 2) Guy in front of me pulls out 14 packages that were covered in eBay tape Another guy behind me lost his marbles It was almost comical 3) Make sure to be kind to the USPS

That sucks! USPS is horrendous and constantly loses my mail, delivers it to neighboring houses, scans things it hasnt delivered, and doesnt scan things it did deliver I've had issues with USPS claims before, and have had to be aggressive but got it sorted out in most cases Id definitely appeal the denial

I bet half the sellers on here have had some missing items--the USPS is stingy to reimburse the total covered insurance I have been lucky with only $1,500 in missing items, both USPS and FedEx, stuff shows tracking, then just stops, never to show any progress, never to arrive--I found out there is a time limit to make a claim

USPS is around 90% of the time they completely ignore the signature requirements for me I ordered a 8000 dollar ring for the wife one Christmas and they just dropped it in the mailbox The delivery confirmation remained open and if I was most of the buyers I quit selling on eBay because of, I could have been sneaky about it
