I didn't know I had the snowymoon mod, really sorry about that If anyone wants this fixed there are files named with snowymoon and dxgi dll, you basically access that by opening the file location of ETS2 through steam then going to the bin - Win_x64 then delete anything with the name of snowymoon and also the dxgi dll! Hope it helps
