I thought that too but i stumbled across the specs for that model and it had the same ram, processor, and additional hardware was not mentioned You need too think, even the unofficial VCD mod piggybacks the bios, so it can play the disks, so even if it had the hardware embedded the bios would be different It would be cool too see

Well, according to DuckStation's own GitHub page, you can use any bios However, it's recommended to match the bios region with the game's region (play European game with European bios, etc ) The bios files you listed are from the Japanese, North American, and European PS1 consoles respectively, so you should be good with any game

In the megathread there are many different bios files For example for PS1 there is a whole list How do I know which is the right one for me? Are there any with which the games run worse or do I need specifically for my region the right one? And does every single emulator need a bios, also GB,SNES etc ?

Motherboard is a 1-674-987-31, PU-23 BIOS Version 4 1, the BIOS chip itself says "SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT INC C 2041 9948 0" and the Mechacon says "C 2060 SC430944PB G630 135 SSMM9945A" Hope that's all the info needed, if not please let me know

最近用RetroArch的时候，经常遇到找不到BIOS的情况。经过一番搜索，终于在Reddit上面找到了很全的整合包，下载之后我替换掉了一部分兼容有问题的BIOS，添加了新的，重新打包分享上来。根据我在贴吧之类的地方找到的结果，目前这应该是国内最全的整合包了。

If it does need transferring then you need one or more PS1 memory cards and each time it fills up you should be able to use ulaunchelf on the PS2 to copy the file from the memory card to USB, then put the memory card back into the PS1 for the next part When it says SAVE: BIOS press cross (you can use left right to select CART or BIOS)
