I am currently using vivelle dot 075 and vagifem 2x a week I have been adjusting my patch from 075 to 1 off and on As I go from feeling I need more estrogen to on the 1 that I have too much I currently change my patch on Friday mornings and Monday mid-day I use the vagifem Monday night and Thursday night

Took Vagifem the last to nights and have had off and on headaches and nausea I thought not much of that was absorbed systemically I am trying it for vaginal symptoms of off and on irritation, burning, pressure, pain, bladder symptoms, etc
