My guess is the installer or the Autodesk licensing software requires lower level access that the Microsoft x86 or x64 emulator on WoA 10 11 won't support Windows on Arm documentation | Microsoft Learn

Autodesk offers limited and fee editions of Autocad and other products to students etc I would like to suggest that they add seniors Retirees to such programs for use non-commercially Thanks
