Virgin Plus is a subsidiary of Bell, like Toyota Lexus Bell is more geared towards high end, latest, greatest, amd fastest, while Virgin is more budget friendly (in most cases) Bell offers 5G, while Virgin uses 4G LTE HSPA+ I'd recommend going with their prepaid service (Lucky Mobile), then going to Bell store or a Virgin Kiosk 30 days later

TLDR SD Video clause in Bell plans means Bell throttles ALL video streaming (including YouTube, Netflix, Facebook, IG etc ) to 360p-480p Setting resolution to higher will result in buffering Bell may also delay your billing start date to several days after the purchase which may result in you being unable to use cellular data until that date

Double-checked with a Bell store close by, and they said everything would move over as well - and I would just have to change the IMEI on the MyBell portal Came back home - all phone data, apps, settings etc transferred over, except the Bell eSIM
