It’s clear to me that all Waterman did was put a matte coating (that is clearly not thick enough) to give the effect A lot of the jewelery popular in the 90’s had this same finish, I know because my late grandfather was a jeweler Sadly grandpa is no longer here for me to ask what coating this is, but has anyone fixed theirs?
