Changing the fuser or anything else, won't fix it The machine needs essentially gutted, figure on a 2-3 hour repair at least -- it is one of my least favorite jobs Unless your printer guy has access to Xerox parts, documentation, and honestly, training, he isn't going to be able to fix it either It is not an easy job

My xerox MFP was working great on the xerox easy print and scan But that is obly a fraction of the MFP capabilities However, accessing networks was near impossible The printer was only able to access Internet network and thats it Things like smb, email, usb was not working at all And yeah dont try waste your time with xerox customer service

Definitely unplug the network cable while performing the procedure, because if it comes back when you plug the cable back in then you have some sleuthing to do I don’t expect this particular code to come back though; that generally happens more with a 116-324 code Too much of my gray matter is occupied by various Xerox fault codes 😝
