- OER NCOER and AER Evaluations : r army - Reddit
I currently have a Solider who attended 2 schools (2 AERs) before arriving at the unit If the new eval starts a day after the last thru date, we would have to capture nonrated codes for His transit to his first school (I code) His school time (S code) His transit back to his unit (I code) Any leave he took before CCC (E code)
- NCOERs and AERs : r army - Reddit
The “From” date on the “Extended Annual” report would be the day after the “Thru” date of the last OER or NCOER The “Thru” date will include 90 rated days The appropriate nonrated codes (that is, Q for lack of rater qualification, S for school, and I for in transit) will be used for the nonrated periods captured on the evaluation
- Nonrated time question : r army - Reddit
Gents, on my current ncoer I will have two months of nonrated time due to transit and nonqualified rater (new transfer to the unit rear det, then caught up with the forward element down range) According to the AR and PAM, it looks like I just need the nonrated codes but my HR ncoic is saying there needs to be bullet explaining nonrated time
- Maybe someone can explain to me what the fuck is going on with my NCOER . . .
They’re saying you didn’t have sufficient rated time (90 days) under your rater You may actually have been owed an NCOER during BMM but it probably been a shitty one depending on rater and duties Schools are legit reasons for non rated time though You should confirm with 1SG and ask for an MFR with unrated time dates and codes though
- Need help with NCOER timeline : r army - Reddit
The only data that transfers from the support form to the NCOER, is the Admin data, everything else gets left behind The support form is mostly used as a location to keep a running tally of your work, so that your rater can reference it when they start your NCOER form If your NCOER is due in February, your rater can start building it now
- How will new Parental Leave Policy affect evaluations? : r army - Reddit
I haven’t plowed into the nooks and crannies of the evaluation reg, but if it’s permitted I would do a close out prior to the start of the leave, then capture the non rated leave time in a new evaluation With a three to four plus month break it is highly likely that the rater or senior will change anyway
- NCOER question, 3 years of unrated time : r army - Reddit
So I have a NCO that has been in my shop for about six months Today I was asked to write an ncoer and put “non-rated” codes I was like ok what dates ? 1 1 2017 to 1 1 2020 Apparently the NCO is Etsing My question , Can this fall back on me? I have no clue how a nco has that much unrated time
- Unrated NCOER Time : r army - Reddit
