To answer your question, your professors could care less how long you spend on canvas and what you do on there They have better things to do than to monitor what you are doing on there However, with quizzes on canvas that is different Some professors do care if you switch tabs during a quiz

Anyway, canvas is still active and several of my professors still threaten that they check it Ive done it to a few and some of them were bluffing, but it's still active just to scare ya up It also notifies things like if you copy and paste the question it's actually disgusting IMO
