I noticed that duckdns is one of the providers available in Services > Dynamic DNS, and thought I would change to using that But there are so many extra fields to fill out, and it seems like they are wrong fields, I can't figure out how to make it work Yes, I've read the user guide Has anyone gotten this to work with duckdns?

You can use DuckDNS however I'll bet that its possible you can use the dynamic updater client built into FreeNAS or your router if you prefer another option As a side note and take this only as a recommendation -- I'm assuming you have your only personal domain name rather than a free domain as offered by no-ip com or another service

I have configured duckdns in my truenas and on my router (zte f680) as it is showed in the duckdns official page However, when attempting to access my domain from another network I can't access to it I have also tried setting up no IP dynamic dns and the same happens to me I prefer duckdns, as is free

Just as an update I completed the process and it works like a charm I replaced my Mikrotik router with a Dell R210 running pfsense and followed THIS guide to install and set up let's encrypt certs using the ACME package in pfsense and after that THIS guide from the same publisher to set up a reverse proxy using HAProxy and this really works as a charm
