Is it reasonable to believe that her production could jump up to 3 or 4 gallons per day when she freshens? I realize it depends on the cow, but are we stuck with a low producer, or could she potentially produce much more when she freshens? I don't think she was being nursed much when we bought her, which might be the reason she's a low producer currently
