mangadex isn't one of the best actually, it's really bad even if many people use it chapters are often 20-50 or more chapters behind (sometimes 100s of them) other sites, countless releasegroup upload the same chapter which breaks readers like tachiyomi and FMD2 (chapters getting shown 2-3x or more), a lot of mangas are not even availavle, more mainstream mangas are often even blocked

Based on this assessment, I went to chapmanganato to directly, and on that page I was able to hit the Login link at the top and sign in My bookmarks loaded as normal, and when I read a chapter and navigated back to Home, my progress was properly tracked again If there was a certificate issue before, it might have been resolved in the interim

*edit: Nevermind, I got the exception to work, for whatever reason the url for the site changes to chapmanganato to when trying to open a chapter, so that was what I needed to add as the exception Now I just have the problem of the chapter list not updating after reading a new chapter for some reason
