Jomashop is a nightmare company and I urge you to just go ahead and spend a bit more to avoid them I ordered a watch from them about a week ago, received it today I got the wrong color I called them and let them know what happened They had me upload photos Hours pass and no response I call them back Wait 25 minutes on hold

A bit of advice I’ve done personally in the past Go on chronon24 narrow down watch you want to your region then look at the dealer selling it (don’t use private sellers)

Jomashop now has the watch serviced repaired by an outside watchmaker They botch the job, since Jomashop wants to do it on the cheap Watch is now sold on to customer B Hence why some people get watches with damage and or dust or gasket issues, when they are supposedly new I'd NEVER buy a watch from them based on all the reports I've seen
