My wife was working in Outlook 365 yesterday morning and it suddenly stopped working I called Telus tech support and they said that is just the way it is They no longer support outlook 365 and don't have anyone there that knows it He told me some customer's outlook stopped working awhile ago, others recently, and some are still working

Strange thing is this is only happening to a handful of people I've tried re-building the mail profile via Control Panel, re-building their ost file, removing calendar then adding the calendar, and did a full repair on Office 365 with the issue persisting Any ideas other ideas of what might have happened or any solutions out there?

I thought I was able to do this using Outlook 2016, but as it turned out I recently upgraded to Office 365 and had to complete the migration using Outlook 2019 GSSMO I followed all the instructions that Telus recommended Lo and behold, none of my folders sub-folders that I used in Outlook transferred and only messages from the past 2 weeks
