- Solved: Paper space layout not on 0, 0 - Autodesk Community
I have a titleblock that I have xref'd into paperspace for my project It is located with the lower left corner on 0, 0 as it should be My layout, however, shows itself way off to the bottom left (as seen in pic) I have confirmed that the paper size for my layout is set to 0 margins My plot offset is set to 0,0
- Dimensions are showing paperspace measurements and not model space . . .
I shouldn't have to set up a special scale for paperspace Usually whatever scale the viewport is in, the paperspace dimensions automatically adjust If I have a 4' object in model space, I can set up viewports in various scales on a paperspace layout and the dimensions reflect the model space size, like so:
- Solved: Annotation scaling in paperspace - Autodesk Community
I have attached a drawing with two layouts Layout 1 (in paperspace, nothing selected) shows an annotative scale of 1 8"=1'-0" As you can see my annotative block inserts at that scale which is wrong Yes I know I can change the scale of the inserted block Layout 2 (in paperspace, nothing selected) shows an annotative scale of 1'-0"=1'-0"
- Solved: Model space vs paper space - Autodesk Community
I have been tasked with preparing CAD standards for our office I was chosen for this, arguably thankless, task because I have used C3D long enough and often enough to understand it but not so much that I have become entrenched in any specific approach nbsp; I'm finding that some coworkers are committed to putting everything except the drawing linework in paper space (legend, dimensions
- Lineweight not showing in any paperspace - Autodesk Community
Then I created a new box, put it on an existing layer and changed that layers lineweight to 1mm and I am back in the same position I was in The modelspace looks correct, but paperspace does not show the line weight But 'weight', after going in and out of paperspace a few times and moving things around and a bunch of regens, it looks correct
- Set paperspace viewports to match modelspace rectangle - Autodesk Community
I have a lot of thin linear assets that I want to display on a number of drawings comprising say 2 or 3 viewports each nbsp; I wanted to draw rectangles in modelspace to represent the paperspace veiwport nbsp; Is there a way to exactly align the paperspace viewport with the rectangle? nbsp; I note the orientation changes from sheet to sheet as the linear asset changes direction
- Solved: Paperspace - Copy object and paste in same location across all . . .
I'm looking for a quick way to copy an object, say MTEXT, in paperspace and paste it to the same location in paperspace across every layout using one command I don't want to have to use copy with basepoint or paste original because I have to repeat that command in every layout Also whenever I use paste original in paperspace, the object
- C3D labels not showing up in paper space - Autodesk Community
I am having an issue I have never seen before I have a survey drawing with labels that seem to appear and disappear as the viewport changes nbsp; I opened the drawing today and noticed some labels were missing nbsp; I checked to make sure the layers used to create and or place the labels were not frozen or off nbsp; labels are not placed on defpoints layer and the 0 layer is turned on
