Amazon knows I'm signed up to Prime (and logged in), the Virgin menus on our TV box remember I'm one of the options for who might be currently watching Prime video, but when I actually go in to the app through our box and try to watch something on Prime it just brings up the option to pay for a Prime subdcription What am I missing?

Deleting Prime App My prime app on the TV is logged into my exhusband I want to delete it re-install or log out of his account and in with mine but as soon as you click on the app it automatically logs into his new family's account!

Not sure if this is sthe right page When I signed up for Virgin it was on the understanding that included in my bundle woud be Prime and Netflix TV Now when trying to access these I have to sign up and pay!! BBC iPlayer app not working I’ve just received my first Stream box and all is working well except for the BBC iPlayer app Netflix, Amazon Prime and even the Apple TV app work fine I am able to sign in successfully sign into the BBC iPlayer app but once in, I get errors either when loading the main screen content or trying to stream any content

Amazon prime audio issues Hi, The audio when using Amazon prime via my virgin box is really distorted Only this app and only in normal audio If I turn on audio description the audio is fine So it's only an issue in the non audio description option I've tried resetting that box to no avail Any suggestions for what I can do to fix it?

I don't know of an easy way to block access to iPlayer, but a BBC account is required to to use iPlayer, do you have one? If not they won't be able to watch anything
