Attempts to Resolve the Issue: I contacted Just Eat customer support and was offered a partial refund of £21 37, which does not come close to covering the cost of the missing and inedible items Despite providing clear evidence and explanations, my requests for a full refund of £85 46 have been repeatedly denied

We ordered items from Asda, via Just-Eat The first delivery was marked as delivered It wasn't delivered to us All address details are 100% correct Our house is not hard to find, the number can clearly be seen from the main road We tried to contact Just Eat but there was no live chat available at the time We had to wait until they got back

Just Eat charges every food item of the shop, at least £1 75 more than the prices you pay at the shop! Isn't this the most disgusting thing that a delivery company can do? So, the poor customer orders like a couple of burger meals and they end up paying £5-6 more for the delivery!

Pursue the just eat restaurant for the food arriving 1 hr late and thus in total it took 2 hours to arrive Therefore I think it was poor service by the restaurant The value of the food was £11 50 (not much I know) and to me a partial refund sounds fair

On a separate note to the original complaint, but if £53 is a lot of money to you then you should really consider not using Just Eat You will be paying £53 for around £35-40 worth of food which would obviously be cheaper if you went yourself, or even if you used the supermarket's own delivery service would still be £10-15 cheaper than the cost of ordering it via Just Eat

so as an Employee what expenses for UC purposes can i deduct currently the employer pays me £1 for a 6 mile trip but if i was self employed 6 miles would be 6 x 45p (833 miles) or 6 x 25p thereafter for example one month 100 hours at £8 72 = £872 00 250 delivery's at 6 miles 1500 miles £250 cash paid by employer The first £512 00 of your take-home pay doesn't affect your Universal Credit

Just eat take the money and you have to go through them for refunds, as for the comment on taxing these services, I was ill and unable to get to the shops, why should I have to pay an extra tax just to make sure I can eat !! But thanks for your judgment

It isn't really Just Eat's fault that you were too tired to go back to the restaurant (or phone them) They just pass order and money between the customer and the takeaway It seems slightly odd that you still haven't contacted the restaurant to complain They may be able to resolve this for you
