UMD vs U Michigan CS major - DCUM Weblog we were at UM last week on a college visit and learned that because CS is the most popular major, UM is rationing the number of majors If your DC did not indicate CS major they are NOT GUARANTEED I think UMD has similar rationing (but only done once you enroll, and may be based on first year grades)
