Wacom's vendor ID is 056A, and according to their github page your product ID for your 13HD should be 0304 for the pen only version It'll have 0333 and 0335 if you have the pen and touch, respectively

Hi there, I'm trying to fix my pen calibration as its way off, and to tell the truth I'm supposed to be doing client work right now so it's stressing me out quite a bit it lets me calibrate just fine, pressing the centers of the crosshairs, but when I get to the 3rd one (which is in the bottom left corner, it doesn't register my pen when i press the center of it

It was also a little heavy if I wanted to hold it vs working with it sitting on the tablet stand So I decided I'd sell the Wacom and buy a good (based on reviews) Huion Kamvas 16 Pro I figured I'm just messing around with my art so I don't need perfection Maybe the parallax won't be quite as good as the Wacom but I'm sure it'll be fine
