A friend of mine goes with his Asian wife to Orlando for cooking supplies a few times a year to some stores that supposedly have everything I don't think we have the numbers to support that type of store here but it's nice that Walmart carries a lot of the sauces required like Hoisin and Oyster sauce, unfortunately not Shaoxing cooking wine
