What ever happened to the heat maps in Trulia? (2014, agent, realty . . . Trulia has a new neighborhood feature available for some areas I tried it for Arlington VA (big expensive city) and several "Explore the Neighborhood" popped up I then tried it for Galax VA (tiny inexpensive town) and no neighborhood info showed up The neighborhood feature still has limited useful info about schools, crime map, etc
Zillow, Trulia, etc vs local (Realtors, agreements, listings, MLS . . . Zillow, Trulia, Redfin and all the other websites have great information I don't think most people look at these websites and others like them as a replacement to a realtor but more of a tool and information to complement them The truth of the matter is that much of what a realtor has traditionally done in the past is provided online now
